If you (or the person receiving the gift) are not completely satisifed with the quality of our products, please contact our Customer Service department immediately. Your satisfaction is our goal.

SHIPPING INFO and Substitutions
J&M Gourmet processes orders six days a week, Monday-Saturday for your convenience.
Orders received by 12pm ET will be delivered locally the same day, or will ship UPS. Orders received after 12pm ET will be processed that day or the following day. Since UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, we must hold perishable shipments (orders with fruit or natural cheese) until the following Monday. This ensures our baskets arrive in the best condition.
Due to the natural products in our baskets, substitutions may be made if quality is not up to J&M standards. This substitution will be of equal or greater value and consistent with the quality you have come to expect from J&M Gourmet.
Please verify your recipient’s address, as well as phone number. UPS will delay orders with incorrect addresses and a re-delivery charge will be issued. UPS does not ship
to PO boxes. For hospital orders, please verify the patient’s room and discharge date before placing order.
UPS is extremely efficient and reliable but can not be held accountable for inclement weather or other conditions outside their control. Please allow flexibility in your planning, especially during winter months.
